Refund policy

Returns
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our fair trade practice products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color, pattern, design and/or size. Our policy is that we do not accept returns but we will be happy to exchange an item for manufacturer defect or breakage. You may exchange it within 10 days by contacting customer service at maria@lei-lei.net. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maria@lei-lei.net.
Once your requested item for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed,

Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an exchange yet, first contact our customer service at maria@lei-lei.net, noting "Customer Service" in your subject line.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gifts (subject to same exchange policy)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the exchanged item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver and he will find out about your exchange request.

Shipping
To return your requested product for exchange, contact customer service at maria@lei-lei.net

If something needs to be exchanged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item for exchange that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
